Las Iguanas, Casual Dining Group’s Latin American brand, has launched a new loyalty programme and pay-in-store option for customers in partnership with LOKE, the pioneering tailor-made loyalty and payment app. Customers visiting one of Las Iguanas’ 57 branches across the UK will be able to join the loyalty programme and use pay-at-table services straight from their smartphone. In addition, Las Iguanas gains access to cutting-edge marketing tools developed by LOKE to make targeting promotions simple to reach the right customer every time.
With such a large portfolio, Las Iguanas needed best-in-class technology that would provide a platform for multi-site promotions and which would enable customers to benefit from a nationwide loyalty programme. In response, LOKE has been set up to work seamlessly across the entire estate.
